While the digital age has made online PDFs a popular choice for filling out and signing documents, we understand that some patients still prefer the traditional route of pen and paper.

We've found this app available on both iOS and Android platforms tremendously useful. It empowers patients to easily scan, complete, and sign documents using their smartphones.
And although we know that there are many similar apps out there, this one has proven itself to be wonderfully user-friendly here in The O Clinic and what's more, there is a free version our patients can use.
